How does Joule arrive at its estimated costs per barrel?

We estimate our costs for diesel and ethanol to be as low as $20/bbl and $0.60/gallon respectively. This is based on an industrial-scale plant of at least 1,000 acres, producing our commercial targets of 15,000 gallons/diesel or 25,000 gallons/ethanol per acre annually, and taking into account our total expected costs and existing, applicable credits.
